Update Moderation panel
New kick, softban (kick user and prune last 7 days of messages), and ban buttons.
Refactored listview population, scrolling and viewing the full list now works as intended.
Console view has new purge messages option, with ability to select number of messages to delete.
Refactored connection/disconnect logic, gracefully reconnects(NOW USES SemaphoreSlim and cancellation tokens!) AUTO RECONNECT!
Fixed issue with hanging threads when user leaves, and joins (UI cross-thread issue fixed)
NEW Givexp and RemoveXP commands. Warning system added for moderation, /warn, /warnclear, and /warninfo (Warning infos on user), new giveaway system and giveaway checking system to check for running giveaways, with a link that jumps to the giveaway to enter.
