So, with that being said, I just want to say that I've been wanting to make a new template for year for easy tracking, and get my work flow faster. It's going to be a simple template that doesn't have any plugins in it, should you want to add your own! Now I do plan on making a few more templates that take advantage of Reaper's Stock plugins, a template that uses Free plugins, and a template that uses my preferred paid plugins!
How to Use
What You'll Need
Make sure to have the following software installed for this template to work. I know I did say plugin-less, but these are the only two plugins you'll need. If you don't want to use these, you can always set up the Record Track with what you need, or use your own plugins.
On Windows
Simply download the "Viridian Audio - Metal Template 2024 - Plugin-less.rpp" from the Shop.
Click on Options on the top menu, and click "Show REAPER resource path in explorer/finder". This will bring up your resource folder location reaper.
You can also simply go to the following directory in Explorer to drag-n-drop the file in there yourself: "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\ProjectTemplates"
Start Reaper and click File > Project Templates > Viridian Audio - Metal Template 2024 - Plugin-Less
On Mac
Simply download the "Viridian Audio - Metal Template 2024 - Plugin-less.rpp" from this post.
