v0.12.0 - Update Room Ownership 🫅

Hi ! 😳
Long time no see,

Here are the changes for this release:
You can now transfer ownership of the room to a userClicking the ribbon button next to the user will transfer ownership

Http streams are now supported
This mean that you can now add your RealDebrid / Premiumize addons to watch on Peario

Streams can be sorted by addons

Pasting a share addon link from Stremio into the Addons tab is now supported


Some style changes, layout fixes and bug fixes.
