We are West-Central Ohio band, Turtle Island. We recently released a new rock single called “Fourteen Stairs Down”.
This song is a collaboration with Parkinson’s Boxing, a gym located in Buffalo NY that specializes in rehabilitation of people with Parkinson’s thru a boxing focused program. The lyrics were written by the gym founder/owner, Dean Eoannou.
We wrote and recorded this song as a surprise for Dean. The song is about the battle with Parkinson’s, and is a hopeful shout to never give up the fight. Our mission is to highlight the success of the gym, and to spread awareness of Parkinson’s Disease.
