People often ask me what actually happens in a session.
The simple answer is that every session is different, because every person is different.
I am not looking only at the symptom or the problem someone arrives with. I am looking for what may be sitting underneath it, the patterns, influences, emotions, beliefs or energetic imbalances that may be contributing to what they are experiencing.
Sometimes what comes forward is expected. Sometimes it is not.
My role is to identify what needs attention, clear what is ready to be cleared, and help the person move towards greater balance, clarity and alignment.
