Wild Camping is my favourite way to heal my self. I suffer from anxiety and depression and whenever I am camping on my own I feel so peaceful and relaxed.
I always use natire as my therapist, it is free and it is easily accessible.
I talk to the wild life, I talked to the trees. I cry and laugh on my own, no judgement from anyone.
