I love their Eel dish (you know it's more fresh if there's less sweet sauce on it)
affordable for the freshness and value
also have foreign waiters who speak multiple languages (chefs are Japanese!)

Gansouzushi (元祖寿司）
is a chain restaurant (locations all around Tokyo)
you can take from conveyor belt or shout your order to the sushi chef if you're feeling brave
cheapest dish is 125 JPY + tax

lots of variety for 160 JPY + tax per plate
located in some central areas (such as in front of Shinjuku station)
customer service is good & usually a little wait (means it's popular!)
loved by tourists AND locals

Harajuku Shop has exclusive sushi crepes
never- ending variety
Has other Japanese dishes like ramen, takoyaki, etc
Great place for kids / families
