Hey y’all!
We promised you a garden tour, and since July came and went in a flash, we’re back with a late summer evening edition just in time for mid-August.
This one is a little different from our normal daytime walkthroughs as we waited until the blue hour to start pouring Dark 'N Stormies, fire up the Solo Stove, and give you a full look at the garden as the sun set.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been adding a ton of new landscape lighting around the grounds, from wired uplights on the trees to solar pucks along the paths and underwater lights in the canoe pond. Once night falls, the whole yard completely transforms, and we couldn't wait to show off how it all glows.
Along the way, we check in on our porch containers, the hydrangeas on the hill, our flourishing ferns, and even share a quick update on our ongoing bear-proofing strategies (ammonia buckets included!).
If you’re enjoying the channel, the garden progress, and following along on our mountain homestead journey, consider buying us a plant! Every bit of support helps us keep building out these garden beds and bringing you along for the ride.
Thank you so much for being here with us!
Cheers,
Todd & Rob
