I'm a self-taught impressionistic artist based in the Lost River Valley of West Virginia. My work features Japanese watercolor forest animals and songbirds. Painting is a wonderful escape from my various health issues, they seem to disappear when my brush touches the paper. I find peace in my hideaway in the woods, where I'm surrounded by my dogs, my sweet husband and all the natural beauty that inspires.
