I've added a new app to the worksoffline collection called Video File Converter.
You can convert your video files to common formats like mp4, webm or ogv. Even a gif converter is available. Since converting videos (escpecially re-encode) is a very computational intensive task and due to the fact that this is running completly in the browser, the convertion may be slow.
The app functions similar to the Audio File Converter. You can add your files, select an output format and settings and hit "Convert All". I've sligthly changed the settings UI because video convertion has way more options.
