I've released a new web app call Speech To Text. It does what it says, transcribing speech from audio/video files to text. It supports different output formats like txt, csv and subtitles. It can also output more detailed information like word-level timestamps.
Please don't expect the same speed and quality like from online services or desktop apps. The purpose of this app is to provide a quick and easy way to transcribe short texts that you're too lazy to type yourself. And you can do it without having to install big apps or sign up for a service. And it's free.
