I will write anything that is punchy and interesting, thought provoking or inspiring, and I love writing things that will bring joy to others, so short story gifts are something that I find especially fun to work on. I am combining my love for research and writing with my passion for imagination and dramatic endings. I love to write book reviews, short stories, theological film reflections and journal entries that might actually be relevant to real life as well as consider some massive topics!
When I’m not typing out a story idea (which is most of the time!) I can be found dancing in the kitchen whilst cooking, tasting and comparing chocolate ganaches on chocolate fudge cakes and in another world I wish I could have grown up to be a chocolatier. I have a top 4 list of people who inspire me, would be... drum roll... Konnie Huq, Jordan Peterson, Hermione Norris and Jay Shetty. Ask me why another time - I could talk all day about why I am so inspired by them! Thinking of the fun stuff - I still wish I could slide down the giraffe’s neck in 64 Zoo Lane after seeing that show as a kid and did I mention I’m a sucker for a Hugh Grant movie especially if it happens to include Julia Roberts too. Movie scripts make me laugh, cry, and dream, and writing them brings me joy, especially if I can save someone else some work by writing a piece for them.
