Listen to yourself

How many times have you felt bad, overly tired and really needed to take a day off to rest, but instead pushed through to go to work and get everything done anyway?

And when you push through even though you feel off, how is the quality of your work?

I know for me personally if I’m feeling overly tired, drained or just feel bad my work isn’t at its best. Honestly how could it be if I am not at my best?

That’s why it’s important to listen to yourself and your body. If you are feeling tired take a break, go get a cup of coffee or something to eat. Or if possible go take a short nap, if that’s not possible can you take a 5 min walk for a energy boost?

If you are feeling bad take the day off to rest and get well! This will help recover faster and help prevent burn out!

And listening to yourself & doing things to take care of yourself, you show that you value yourself and this will help attract things you desire to you! Remember everything is connected! Your self worth, confidence & over all wellness!
