Biscuit Squares (Tip)

I grew up seeing several different biscuit versions, from circles to squares, and the ambiguous drop biscuits--sometimes amoeba-like in appearance. However you choose to present them, they are all delicious, and worthy of eating. But you won't see me making circle biscuits very often. I don't believe in wasting any of that buttery dough, and once you've learned to master these southern clouds, discarding any remnants seems sacrilegious. And we can't be upsetting the ancestors in this way. So I come to tell you to form your dough into a rectangle, and cut your biscuits into squares forever, and always. And remember to snug them together because it helps them rise, and a support system is nice to have. Spread this news like wildfire. Thank you kindly!
