New Years Update

New Years Update

Jan 25, 2023

Hello everyone,

I hope this update finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to let you know what's been happening since my last update. I had the opportunity to visit the States and spend some time with my family over the holidays. It was great to take a break and decompress, but I'm also excited to be back and working on some important projects.

One major development is that I am making progress on my immigration paperwork and should be hearing back in a few days on my long-term residency status. It’s looking like it should go through without major issues according to my immigration advisor. I’ll then be able to do things like get a local bank account and etc.

Additionally, we are in the middle of building an advanced medical / trauma training program that aims to bridge the care gap from basic combat first aid to getting a viable patient to the operating room. This program will hopefully save many lives and improve patient outcomes and mortality rates.

This year is shaping up to be an exciting one, as there is a chance that more long-term volunteers may join our team. This will allow me to focus on other / new humanitarian needs and bring in additional teams and volunteers.

I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support. Without your help, none of this would be possible. If you know anyone who may be interested in supporting our efforts, please share this update with them. The more support we have, the more we can accomplish.

Thank you again, and I look forward to updating you on our progress.
