From 12pm AEST, Monday, 8 September 2025, Cashrewards has officially ceased making offers available on its Website, App and Notifier.
While the platform is closing, members still have time to claim their pending cashback and gift cards, but deadlines are fast approaching.

Tracking and Approvals
Recent transactions will continue to track and be approved or declined over the next three days.
All transactions still pending as at Thursday, 11 September 2025 will be approved, after which you can withdraw your cashback.
Queries
Submit any untracked or queried transactions by 11:59am AEDT, Friday, 10 October 2025.
Queries lodged after this date will not be assessed.
Withdraw Your Funds
Withdraw your funds by 11:59am AEDT, Friday, 24 October 2025 via the Withdrawal option in My Rewards (see FAQs for steps).
If you miss this deadline but have a linked bank or PayPal account, your cashback will be automatically transferred to your linked bank account (bank takes priority over PayPal).
PayPal Withdrawals
Will cease at 11:59am AEDT, Friday, 24 October 2025.
After this date, only bank withdrawals will be available, processed manually via the Help Desk Portal or [email protected].
Final Withdrawal Deadline
All withdrawal claims must be received by Friday, 12 December 2025.
If you have not withdrawn by this date, Cashrewards will contact you with instructions to access your funds.
Gift Cards
Gift cards remain in your wallet until 11:59am AEDT, Friday, 24 October 2025, but will still be accessible via email.
It is strongly recommended to download any gift cards from your wallet before the deadline.
