Boy do we have a lot brewing!
For starters, hello and welcome back with another checkin of whats happenin' under The Greek Gut. We have a lot going on, but each milestone grants us a new set of knowledge. We have learned that kombucha is packed full of a lot of experimentation-- sometimes it is all business and no play, but other times it is strictly play, and this year we have brought our very own Kombucha to the island of Samos at the lovely Cafe-Bistro, Jara-- known for their sweet snacks and alternative Greek/Middle Eastern cuisine.
The Greek Gut and Jara have the same vision of using the abundant flavours of Greece while making something new in the process, so naturally, we were destined to work together and combine our forces (them sweet, us sour). What is better yet is that our produce is naturally sourced from their very own garden, and our kombucha truly can't get enough of it! What warms our heart the most is that Kombucha is becoming accessible to anyone willing to give it a try (in the farthest Greek island no less). Though it is a growing market, there are plenty who don't yet know of kombucha or its glorious benefits, so one can imagine the villagers gossip on the new it-drink in town π
Even more so, we want to take this opportunity to thank you all who have donated and supported our growth-- We wouldn't have been able to get this far without your generosity and we can't wait to get our product out there for everyone to try.
We stand by our intention of keeping our product real π Still delicious and always growing.
And if you happen to be island hopping this summer, come find us on your way!
Cheers and smiles! π» π¬π·
