We’re writing with so much gratitude — and some exciting news.

Thanks to the encouragement, belief, and generosity you shared with us in our early days, we’ve kept growing, experimenting, and pouring love into every batch. Today, we’re pleased to announce that our newest flavors have officially launched!

💚 MASTIC WITH LIME & PEPPER

Mastic comes from the island of Chios, where the precious resin has been harvested for centuries. Its earthy, pine-like aroma is uniquely Greek — a flavor found in everything from spirits to pastries.
We paired it with bright lime and a hint of pepper to echo Greece’s vibrant culinary spirit. Together, the trio creates a refreshing, aromatic blend that feels both ancient and modern, capturing Greece’s balance of tradition and zest.

❤️ HARVEST APPLE & CINNAMON

The lush slopes of Pelion are famous for their heirloom apples, a crisp symbol of the region’s rich agricultural heritage. Paired with warm cinnamon, this flavor combination immediately evokes comfort — much like milopita, Greece’s beloved apple-cinnamon pie.
It’s a cozy, nostalgic blend that carries the feeling of a Greek mountain village in autumn, bottled in a bright, uplifting kombucha.

These flavors have been months in the making — inspired by the ingredients, stories, and community that shaped The Greek Gut from the beginning. You’ve been part of this journey from day one, and we’re so happy to finally share what we’ve been brewing behind the scenes.
