The park was founded over ten years ago! We are not a business, but private house with 3 acres and a crazy dog lady! When it dawned on me special needs dogs couldn't have a good run around. I said Bring them here! and so the park started. My background is in showing, breeding and judging at championship shows around the Uk and Ireland since 1963. Having worked at Wood green animal shelter as a dog psychologist, I have a love of dogs, so would love to help people with my knowledge.
Special needs dogs arent just dogs that bite! It could be a rescue dog who is scared of the world. A puppy new and exploring! Maybe a new owner who wants a safe space to train recall? any reason?

The park is purely run on donations, it is NOT a business. but it needs to be mown, trimmed, cleaned, and of course importantly safe and the fences checked.
It is fully secure and has CCTV
There is a large cabin with everything you need, from a kettle to the toilet!
Lots of dog toys are around to play with and at the end of the play
DIY dog wash and dryers mean you can go home dry and warm!
We also rune vents and lectures during the year.
So why be a member?
I can ONLY have so many people here. its not a free for all public park and I don't want to charge. I leave it to people to donate, but this helps in case you forget to bring your purse, or just want to help out more. It can be frustrating trying to get some slots, so I thought I would try this system to help you all out. add to that you can come to our BBQ and xmas party! The membership is capped so those who are lucky to be a member will get extra bonuses!
Anyway you wont see me about as I am to old, fat and ugly.. and will scare you away! but Suzie and Jackie who run the playdates and the park in general, are about on Facebook. shout out to them. also Nicky runs dog training and there are puppy play dates as well as large and small dog meets and play dates!
