Happy May! Today is Cinco de Mayo; if you are celebrating, I hope you have a nice time. It's unseasonably cool where I am, but honestly, I'm trying to enjoy it as much as possible. The warm season is nigh, though! Flowers and long days are coming. I know some of us just had some nice May Day and/or Beltane celebrations to kick off the month as well. There's a lot to be excited about! Additionally, Mother's Day is this month in the US. Thank you to all mothers and mother figures for all you do to love and support us.

My Interpretation
This month, you might find inspiration to fix things, start something new, do something you've been putting off, self-reflect, and engage in self-care. And even if you don't find the natural inspiration to do these things, you might be spiritually guided to consider those things at this time. Follow your intuition and do what you believe is right for you. The ace of wands brings this strong energy in at this time.
However, some of this might also involve things that are not the best or the most comfy. Knight of cups in reverse can signify negative emotions like moodiness, jealousy, or passive aggression. It can also indicate an overall emotional imbalance.
Now what could be causing this? Last month was supposedly very positive, right? Well, energies aren't always consistent from month to month for many reasons. I know that the energy is very turbulent in the world as a whole because there are many different intense things happening at once. You may also have unique situations popping up in your own life that can push and pull on your energy. Consider if you're disillusioned with any situations or people in your life. Consider if there is anything you should remove that's not serving you properly. Consider also if there are any ways that you could reflect on how you're responding to situations or people - sometimes what we do is not always the best option. Ace of wands can also represent growth/potential, and that goes very nicely with this idea.
So, some of the inspiration you might feel could be towards your own situations. You might feel motivated or guided to fix things that are out of balance or not working. This might call on you to reflect deeply on what that is. Is it you? Is it another person? Is it a home situation? A work situation? Ask yourself questions to know where any issues may lie. The judgement card carries a lot of evaluative energy; turn that towards your life.
It sounds like this month can involve some new initiatives, evaluating what is/isn't working, and combatting things that may be rough. Whatever happens, you got this!
