If you celebrate Easter, I hope you had a wonderful one. I had the chance to experience a beautiful collection of mass services, and even though the triduum is always really busy (Holy Week in general is, not just because I'm Catholic but also because I'm a church musician) it was wonderful. Christ is risen, bringing us renewed hope and happiness. If you're someone who doesn't follow religion, I hope you had a nice Sunday otherwise!

My Question: What does the collective need to know at this point in time?

My Interpretation
Firstly, I find it interesting that the king of wands returned; it was in the previous collective reading.
Next, I'm thinking about the trends for this year as a whole. The February reading called for getting balanced and organized in order to avoid confusion and over-imagination. Then in March, we were called to engage in 'spring cleaning'; we were called to let go of energies that are not valuable to us, let go of challenging things, renew ourselves, etc.
This month, the reading is quite hopeful. FIVE OF PENTACLES REVERSED? That is an amazing card that talks about getting through something challenging and seeing the end of it. It means you could be looking forward to a better future. This could look differently to different people. For someone, it could be finance/job related; maybe you've been struggling to make ends meet or find a position somewhere. That could be changing soon. For someone else, if you've been dealing with physical/mental health for a while, this could indicate a breakthrough finally coming. For someone else, this could represent a romantic breakthrough after going through tumultuous times. Whatever this looks like, I'm praying that it brings you an infinite amount of happiness!
Now, we're not going to undo the 'hard work' energy of the last two months. I'm not sensing that the five of pentacles reversed is bringing some kind of 'windfall' energy to the collective. While it does bring plentiful positive vibes, it's not going to cause things to instantaneously materialize. You're still going to need to embrace the king of wands energy to make things happen. You may need to take charge, be bold, and assert yourself. You may still have to make important decisions. You must be instrumental in shaping your future still; do not wait for things to happen to you. If you are decisive, things will work out well in your favor.
Also, do not be discouraged if things don't happen as quickly as you'd like. Five of pentacles reversed is good energy, but pentacles can be slow energy. Keep at it and don't give up, even if it takes a while.
Finally, we have the two of cups which is like the frosting on the cake. This is a very harmonious card, and it can represent good connections among family, business connections, friends, romantic interests, and more. It can represent good communication, respect, and negotiations. This goes really well with your other two cards! In terms of the five of pentacles reversed, it can represent a good job connection coming together, or any sort of relationship mending after previous issues. Perhaps you might be working together with someone to solve problems as well. With the king of wands, this could be you successfully asserting yourself and collaborating with others to reach a desired goal!
