Our vision is for our partners to send us instructors, specialists to duplicate the best universities like this one in our countries and train more people," said Traore.

He continued by saying African students in Moscow studying Chemistry can help their countries win the war against terrorism using Chemistry.

"Chemistry can help our countries gain a head start in their war against terrorism. Through the practice of chemistry, our states can establish mechanisms for manufacturing essential tools in warfare. You are fortunate to be here, at the origin of science and technology. So take advantage of learning the practical side so that it can serve our countries," said Traore, addressing the students.
