We all feel stuck in life. we all feel trapped in quicksand, the more we try to get out the more we sink. we all make mistakes in life. Sometimes we make the same mistake twice and repeat Albert Einstein's definition of Insanity I.e.
Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
we all fail again and again in life. Sometimes we feel
"what the hell is happening in my life?"
or
"where the hell my life is going"
The honest answer to this is nobody knows what they are doing with their life or where it's heading. But my experience with failure tells me that if you ever feel stuck in life then adopt simplicity. Learn to remove all the clutter from your life. focus only on the most important goal.
Remove everything else. Make your life as simple as possible.
Every time you feel stuck in life try removing things and not adding things.
Every time you feel stuck in life come back to the basics. Every time you feel stuck in life take a vacation in nature and disconnect yourself from everything for a few weeks. Every time you feel stuck in life practice meditation because it's the only magic that exists. You can understand meditation with this simple example. Consider the Himalayan river the Ganga (the holiest in Hinduism) when it's flowing in the mountains it's very violent, turbulent and it makes a lot of noise. (that's your thoughts before meditation)
Now consider the Ganga in the plains of India it's very calm, serene and brings life to millions of people. (that's your thoughts after meditation)
Meditation is like a filter it removes all the negative thoughts and focuses on the positive ones. it makes you focus on the good things in your life. Meditation is nothing but another name for simplicity.
it makes you shed your old and negative thoughts like a snake shedding its old skin. 30 minutes of daily meditation can change your life in just 30 days. yes, it's that effective.
In the end, Swami Vivekananda (an Indian monk and philosopher) once said
"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, and every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced."
