In Thai language, there are 44 Thai alphabets and 32 Thai vowel sounds in total.

Vowel in Thai is called "Sàrà" and there are 32 Thai vowel sounds in total.
1. -ะ = à
Original form
จะ (jà) = will
คะ (ká) = polite ending word for girl - question
นะ (ná) = ending word - informal
Reduced form
ทนาย (tá-naai) = lawyer
ขยัน (kà-yǎn) = hardworking
ฉลอง (chà-lǒng) = celebrate
Changed form
Rule of Thai vowels: -ะ (à) + final consonant => -ั (máai-hǎn-aa-gàat)
นับ (náp) = count
รับ (ráp) = recieve
What is -ั (máai-hǎn-aa-gàat)?
-ั (máai-hǎn-aa-gàat) is a vowel letter to use instead of -ะ (à) when it combines with a final consonant.

ฟ้า (fáa) = sky
งาน (ngan) = work
บ้าน (bâan) = house
3. -ิ = ì
ติ (dtì) = blame - formal

ปู (bpuu) = crab
รู้ (rúu) = know
ดู (duu) = look
หมู (mǔu) = pig

What is -็ (mái-dtài-kúu)?
-็ (mái-dtài-kúu) is a Thai symbol which is used to shorten vowels: เ-ะ (è), แ-ะ (ae), เ-าะ (or).

ผัวะ (pùa) = the sound of slapping
อั๊วะ (aúa) = I (root word from Teochew)

รั้ว (rúua) = fence
Reduced form
Rule of Thai vowels: -ัว (uua) + final consonant = initial consonant + ว + final consonant / -ั is disappeared.

Extra vowels (สระเกิน)
Extra vowels are the vowels that have a mix of initial or final consonant in there. They will not have final consonants with when they are used.

ตำรวจ (dtam-rùuat) = police

ยังไง (yang-ngai) = how - informal
27. ใ- = ai (อะ+ย)
ใช่ (châi) = yes
ใคร (krai) = who
ใน (nai) = in
ใจ (jai) = heart

28. เ-า = ao (อะ+ว)
เกา (gao) = scratch
เรา (rao) = we
เขา (kǎo) = he
29. ฤ = rúe (ร+อึ, ร+อิ, ร+เออ)
คฤหาสน์ (ka-rúe-hat) = luxury mansion
ทฤษฎี (trít-sà-dii) = theory
ฤกษ์ (rôek) = occation (There are only one word that is used with ร+เออ)
30. ฤา = ruue
ฤาษี (ruue-sǐi) = hermit
Note: ฦ lúe and ฦา luue are not used anymore these days.
And that is all about 32 Thai vowel sounds or Sàrà that you should know. You can notice that there are some of the Thai vowels that are rarely used which are -ัวะ, เ-ียะ, เ-ือะ, เ-อะ which are all short Thai vowels.
Moreover, some of the Thai vowels have rules that its original form can change/reduce its form when combines with final consonant. That's where -ั (máai-hǎn-aa-gàat) and -็ ไม้ไต่คู้ (mái-dtài-kúu) come and play their roles for example.
