login to BMAC using the email address you used initially (you can also refer back to the email receipt BMAC sends upon claiming)
(note: u do not have to especially make an account! when you log back in with the same email, BMAC will send a temporary login code to your email and you can "log in", very convenient)
navigate to My Account, then Payments
download whatever it is that you're missing! enjoy 😎
