1.Slow down and enjoy connecting with people you don’t always have the opportunity to, because a special occasion is a special chance to reach out - and people are more receptive during this time.

2.Slow down any excesses - excess food, drink, or partying will make your body worn out and more likely to get sick.

3.Slow down when traveling. There’s alway more time than you might think, if you trust in Divine Timing. Short-cuts and rushing to be early or on-time can cause more stress and anxiety than actually help. Let’s all be a little more compassionate at this time and give each other grace.
