Über Tallis Consort
A Vocal Ensemble with a Passion for Choral Music
The Tallis Consort is a semi-professional vocal ensemble that blends the talents of the North of England's finest singers. This semi-professional group is unique in that it creates a supportive environment that welcomes young and talented musicians to stand alongside recent music graduates and professional singers. Our concerts are entirely self-funded, relying solely on commercial success. Every musician involved volunteers their time without receiving compensation simply because of their passion for music and their desire to cultivate future generations of singers. We appeal to all those who appreciate the beauty of choral music to support us. Your generosity will enable us to provide opportunities for young singers to flourish and to deliver exceptional performances to our audiences. Your generosity will help us cover essential costs, such as sheet music, printing expenses and performance venues. All contributions, regardless of the amount, are instrumental in preserving the tradition of choral music and providing a nurturing platform for young musicians to hone their craft. We invite you to join us in our vision to support the next generation of singers and preserve the timeless beauty of choral music. By donating to the Tallis Consort, you are investing in the future of choral singing and the aspirations of young and talented musicians.
