About Systemic Error
Systemic Error is written by Paulo Santos — a technocrat by trade and a political heretic by necessity. He grew up watching powerful people break countries in the name of “order,” and He has spent the decades since calling out every recycled version of that same delusion. He believes in the hard, unglamorous work of truth-telling: exposing the rot, naming the beneficiaries, and dragging political cowardice into the light where it can’t hide behind slogans.
He approaches politics the same way he approaches code: no magic, no excuses, and no tolerance for systems designed to fail the very people they claim to serve. When media narratives twist themselves into pretzels to avoid calling a lie a lie, he doesn’t. When authoritarian creeps weaponize fear, rage, and conspiracy, he calls them what they are. And when institutions shrug and look away, he digs in.
Systemic Error exists for one purpose: to document the dysfunction, dismantle the propaganda, and remind anyone reading that clarity is not optional in a collapsing democracy.
