This shot is a revisit. Here is the TLDR of it all:
I published the original version of this shot on 25th august 2021. The concept was “A Biker Scout on Tatooine takes five minutes to chill out.” I called the original “Take 5” and it featured (my first Star Wars Black Series figure) a Biker Scout on a speeder bike with a head swap to sell the idea he was taking a short break. The new version benefits from everything I’ve learned in almost two years of photographing toys.

Initially I swapped in the head of the Death Squad Commander figure so the Biker head would look like the helmet sitting on the bike.
This time I decided to use a spare head. This head came from the Luke Skywalker Snowspeeder pilot which I replaced with a Dagobah Luke head I had after buying several for £5 each from Smyth’s Toys. I painted the white skull cap black so it seems more in keeping with the Bikers under armour. 
I used one of the cups that came with Bib Fortuna to give this guy a beverage to enjoy whilst he is on his break.
This shot was taken with a monitor providing a digital back drop for this set and I expanded it in Photoshop Beta in post.
I ran the final shot through LightRoom afterwards and called it a day.
I’m quite pleased with the new shot, I wonder what the next revisit will look like.
