One of my passions is to communicate with you, what experience of non-physical energy, is like.
I've been doing this since childhood! Thanks to my Mother, who bought me a composition notebook when I was little. I had run into the house and spoke to her in rhyming prose. I have to laugh at the memory.
A Personal Story
My Mom said to me - "Susan, do you know you just rhymed? Do you know what a rhyme is?" She had been a teacher, and she was all about explaining this to me. She said she'd get me a notebook, and she did, and showed me how to write the poem I had spoken, in it.
That began a lifelong journey of writing and journaling my poems, thoughts and stories. I kept some special ones of these going back to +/- 5 years old, along with many old photos.
All of these were lost to me in 2016. It's weird that I don't really feel that sad about it. So much happened around that time, that was difficult and heartbreaking, that these notebooks and memories were more than secondary.
Yet here is the upside. It's so appropriate, that I had already begun transitioning to internet publishing, I was ready to create, anew.
For what was lost, somehow I know that these things are alive, in me, because they came from love. And that special and connected feeling of love is from God, the Creator, our very Souls. Nothing that is between us and the Divine is ever truly lost.
Where the Treasure Is
I know where the treasure is. It's in the love in our hearts, and in the potent experience of being loving to each other. Loving and being in relationship are hard, not easy. Sure there are easy and fun times. But to truly express love long term, requires self work and even sacrifice (of what doesn't truly matter). The love comes first. My depths of understanding of this is partly because of those challenging days.
I learned to manage my own energy in a potent, conscious way. It felt urgent, at the time, to do so. I'm so grateful for spiritual guidance that led me along the way.
Perceiving energy since childhood, in the past many years I've studied, practiced, honed and evolved my understandings of it. I'm so grateful to share these here, with you.
This Energy Video
The key to working with energy is our relationship with Divinity. The heart in the video is lighted because this is the seat of the Soul in our Human form. So, when we are working in co-creation with our own Soul, directly gifted from the Creator, we are in a special place to sense energy.
Creating alignment with your Soul, with God, with the Creator is key, here. Your life doesn't have to be perfect. You don't have to be fully studied and informed. My learning has come primarily through spiritual guidance and teaching.
God's Grace blesses us with the opportunity to connect. Use your intuition and inner spiritual guidance to understand what you are doing, and what you are perceiving.
We are so much more aware of energy than we realize. Simply bringing words to what we experience opens up new avenues of perception.
