About Stylipedia
Stylipedia started from a simple frustration: style has always been documented unevenly. Some traditions get endless coverage — runway trends, celebrity looks — while entire cultures of dress, hair, and self-expression barely exist in writing anywhere. We started building a living archive to fix that: a place where any style, from any culture or era, gets the same careful documentation.
What drives us is the belief that what people wear is never just fashion — it's memory, identity, and resistance, all at once. Every wiki page we publish is an attempt to get that right: accurate, specific, and written by people who actually know the style, not guessed at from the outside.
Right now this is mostly built on nights, weekends, and coffee.
