A lot of what I share comes from lessons I’ve had to learn through real struggle — faith, discipline, recovery, habits, leadership, self-control, and rebuilding a life with intention. My heart is to take people on the journey I’m on and give them the wisdom I’ve learned, hopefully minus some of the suffering it took for me to learn it.
