Today I'm explaining how I use Tarot and Oracle cards to do my shadow work, outlining a spread to get you started, and recommending tarot and oracle decks which I think are well suited to the purpose. I'll also give you a peek inside of my journal to show you exactly how I journal out my shadow work spreads.
