I would help those whom I knew had a good heart, a good head and a sound mind - lead the changes we need to see in this world happen.
Why would you help them?
Because the people in this world who can save us from ourselves are usually the quiet ones, the 'silently broken' ones; the ones who have much to say but might not yet have found a way to say it - so that it is heard.
They are also the ones who wouldn't consider themselves to be a leaders - because leadership has been bastardised by the bullish, white middle class masses.
Leadership for me is the desire to make positive change happen.
The question isn't about whether you are a leader - the question is about whether you can mobilise yourself and others to make the positive change you seek.
You see for all its definitions - leadership isn't an action - it's a mindset.
Do you serve others and yourself or just yourself? If so you will burn others
Do you serve others and and not yourself? If so you will burn.
Do you serve yourself and others? If so, you will all burn brightly.
I don't want you ton burn - unless you are only serving yourself; but then that could just be because you have been burned too.
Let's stop the cycle.
The cycle which is killing our planet, which is killing our communities, which is killing family, killing our children and slowly but surely - ourselves.
