A warm welcome to all! I created this page to help present Somatic Education and NeuroSomatic Awareness as an easy and natural path toward understanding the potential within each of us. Both the learning site and the storytelling site exist for that purpose. NeuroPlasticity sounds futuristic, but it's not! It's always been available to us, under different names and across different cultures. It simply means that physical, physiological, and behavioral enhancements are possible throughout our lives, and that includes cognitive functions like memory and problem-solving. We're not hard-wired...it's only our habits that keep us in "stuck mode"! You will find links to the "Cognizant Soma" website for learning, and to the "Stedawi" website for stories and accounts of personal growth and transformation, meant to inspire, educate, or simply be enjoyed.
