Hi, I am a retried College Professor. I sustained diffused axonal injury to my brain by a drunk driver. I was forced to stand down due to the permanent conditions DAI causes.

My journey has been very long to get to today. Rebuilding from a moderately severe head trauma has been very difficult and challenging. Invisible trauma has its own unique effects and impacts. My life goals still remain, but in different ways. I have kept an art journal of my recovery. I am almost at a MVP for a healthcare app for people like me. There are a lot of us out there with TBI’s - in the USA alone, someone gets a life altering head injury every 13 to 15 SECONDS- that’s around 1/4 of a MILLION people a year- many times leading to death. So I am here to offer hope and support for anyone who wants to be a part of a transformative movement. Sharing the many lessons and tips along the way so you can emerge from your journey with grace and dignity!
