I love pressure point therapy for so many reasons. For one, it's a natural way to connect to prana. Also, it's a way to be to fix common problems without the use of drugs or a 200$ 1 hour massage. Pressure points can create a grid in our body that we can actually have some control over. I firmly believe that pressure point therapy has a direct connection to our spirit. When we feel depressed, sad, happy, over-stimulated, ect: we can use our own body's response system to carefully and safely find those areas in physical form. It's a tangible way to create a fluidity of Mind, Body and Spirit through the process of healing. Here are some simple pressure points that can be used anytime and anywhere.
