I’m Rob Knight—a photographer, writer, and explorer of the quiet edges of the world. My creative compass points to Ardnamurchan, the wild western tip of the Scottish Highlands, where land and sea meet in a dialogue of light, weather, and time. This is not just a place I visit; it’s a place that shapes me—a living muse, a lifelong project, and the heart of my future creative direction.

Through my lens and words, I seek to translate silence into story—to capture the way mist clings to a croft fence, how Atlantic winds carve their own hieroglyphs into the machair, how the last light of day turns a loch into molten pewter. My work is as much about listening as it is about looking: listening to the whispers of abandoned latches, the echoes of crofting life, and the spirit of a landscape that refuses to be tamed.
