We're teaming up with the local Yana –a foodie who grew up in a Bulgarian family with a special relationship with food and then started to seek the roots of the food flavors she grew up with and the stories behind the recipes.

What we'll do

Join us for a tasty banitsa from scratch masterclass, where we will prepare the phyllo dough sheets from flour and water, we will pull, fill and swirl them into the golden circle of Bulgaria most favorite dish - banitsa.

After we are ready with the hard part, we will share it with traditional drink every Bulgarian had it with as a child.
