When it comes to drone settings, it's all down to personal preference and what you want out of your drone. Below is just an example for cinematic content creators, and should be used as a starting point and tweak settings to suit.
EXPOSURE
Pro Mode - On
ISO and Shutter Speed - Manual
ISO: As low as possible, ISO 100 is ideal.
Shutter Speed: Ideally use ND filters and 180 degree rule -
Shutter speed = 2X frame rate (24FPS = 1/50th, 30FPS = 1/60th, 60FPS = 1/120th).
WHITE BALANCE
White Balance - Manual
Sunny - 5600K, Cloudy - 6300+, Sunrise/Sunset - 5700K
RESOLUTION AND FRAME RATES
Resolution: 4K (5K+ if available)
Frame Rate: 30FPS normal, 60FPS for slow motion
SlowMo: 60FPS for ½ speed, 4K 120FPS for ¼ speed
1080P slow motion is usually bad quality
COLOUR PROFILES
Normal Colour: Ok quality, good for quick shots, less dynamic range and colour grading flexibility.
Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG): Good colour grading flexibility, somewhat easier to grade than D-LOG M.
D-LOG M: Best grading flexibility, no contrast adjustment glitches, slightly harder to grade.
Recommendation: D-LOG M or HLG. Normal is fine for beginners, or those that want to do minimal post editing.
