As you might know, the Stream Deck plugin for Zoom is an easy way to control Zoom meetings. Knowing whether you’re on mute and being able to switch mute, video, sharing, recording, but also leaving a meeting quickly, has proven to make you more efficient with your meetings.
It also helps make you look like a Zoom virtuoso, controlling your presence (at least look) professionally. 😉
But what if you don’t have a Stream Deck? Or don’t use Zoom? Well, that’s exactly why I’m very excited to introduce MuteDeck!
MuteDeck is a small application that controls Zoom as the plugin did. You don’t need additional hardware to use it. But before you ask, there’s a Stream Deck plugin for MuteDeck as well! There’s also a Loupedeck plugin.
MuteDeck supports Zoom initially with more planned (like Teams, Google Meet).
If it doesn’t recognize the conference call app (yet), it will mute your microphone instead, making MuteDeck work for every single conference call application! 🤯
