Welcome to my corner of the digital world! I'm Kev, and I'm passionate about harnessing the healing power of walking to support mental health.

For me, walking isn't just about putting one foot in front of the other it's a transformative journey towards well-being. After struggling with my mental health challenges, I discovered the profound benefits that walking can offer. It became my lifeline, a source of solace and strength during difficult times.
