When we started, I only planned to grow foliage. From a business perspective, this would have been a really really sensible position to stick to.
However, I fell in love with the flowers too! So we grow both!
We have a Foliage offering all year round, but it is definitely stronger in the winter months. As time moves on, we will grow more foliage to be able to offer our wedding, florist and funeral customers all year round. This takes time and patience because foliage takes time to settle and establish before you can cut from it.
Over winter 2022 we'll be planting new bare root trees into the field. I can't wait to show you what we have chosen and how they are doing!
