Ingredients in Katharina’s SOMA teas:

They are all pesticide free and grown naturally with electro culture in her garden!

Mulberry: improves digestion, lower cholesterol, aid in weight loss, increase circulation, build bone tissues and boost the immune system, rich in important nutrients like iron, vitamin C and K, potassium and calcium

Mulberry leaves: loaded with powerful plant compounds like polyphenol antioxidants, as well as vitamin C, zinc, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium

Rosella: Refreshing, give relief during hot weather, mild laxative effect, increase urination. Rosella Tea is highly popular in European countries for treating hangover, managing blood pressure, lowering cholesterol and protecting the liver

Lemongrass: health benefits, such as weight loss, controlling blood pressure and treating common cold symptoms, rich in bioactive compounds that promote sleep and immunity as well as iron, calcium and vitamin C which are essential components of hemoglobin

Pandan leaves: detoxifying the liver, relieving dandruff, providing pain relief for arthritis and joint pain, easing headaches and earaches due to their phytochemicals, and having a calming effect on the body.

Cannabis leafs: preventing DNA damage, promoting detoxification within the body, treating inflammation. Pain relief, stop nausea, help with irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory symptoms, relaxes, lower anxiety

Cannabis root: have been used throughout history to treat fever, inflammation, gout and arthritis, Joint pain, skin burns, tumors and gastrointestinal infections.

Dried Orange pulp and peel: packed with vitamins and minerals. The most noteworthy of these is vitamin C, a water-soluble antioxidant that prevents cell damage. Refreshing, fights inflammations. supports immune system

Dried Lemon pulp and peel: lemons contain nutrients that help support your cardiovascular health and protect against kidney stones and anemia. Lemons are high in vitamin C, fiber, and various beneficial plant compounds.

Whole Plant Cannabis Tea
also called whole spectrum and this tea also includes the roots, all the naturally occurring parts of the whole plant are present in the final product.

Such products contain all the other beneficial compounds from the plant, including terpenes, flavonoids, fatty acids, and medical benefits.
The full plant product is considered superiour to a product that contains only parts because in (w)holisthic medicine all the parts are important because all of the compounds work synergistically together to provide maximum benefits. The trace amounts of THC are not enough to produce psychoactive effects, they are beneficial in a full spectrum product because THC and CBD work synergistically together.

How to make the tea for the most benefit:

Use an enamel pot, best is not to cook healing herbs in metal (or those not sticky pots wich are not really good for us).

Put cold water in the pot and about ½ teaspoon of the tea mix for one cup directly in the cold water and heat it until the water boils and then turn off the heat and let it seep for about 5 min. These teas are also delicious cold! If you cool it to room temperature, you can add some honey! Don’t use honey in water over 42°C, it kills the enzymes and it looses all the health benefits.

I have also made Cannabis tinctures, and a lip balm, I will send you the info soon!
