Pure Signa is not only the first card (Cyber Signa) I designed, but she is also the only Legendary in this set. Pure Signa however, was intentionally designed to be broken, representing the absolute boundary for Cyber-Mains intended to be accessible to most Leaders (Pure Signa isn't "one of those things").
I didn't really get original with the naming of the other Cyber Signa, my only focus was having enough Cyber Signas to construct a functional Ship (Deck) of 60 Cyber Signas if I made a Ship (Deck) consisting of exactly 20 single copies, 14 double copies, and 4 triple copies, which would give me a Ship of the 60 needed. No, 20 single copies, 14 doubles, and 4 triples is not a Ship building requirement, its just a set of numbers I chose for development purposes in this case.
The First Card - Designed to be Unbalanced
I had to laugh when I read this Cyber Signa.
Yes she's the first card (Cyber Signa).
Yes she's a Legendary.
Yes she plays an important role in Signafield's history.
But MAN is she BROKEN.
This is a perfect example of "Whoever made this wasn't trying to make it balanced."
If I was a stranger, and I read this nonsense, I would assume this was either:
An OP meta-warping card.
It has some huge cost to try to balance it.
As soon as I'm told the cost "isn't big enough", my conclusion goes straight back to 1.
Why would I not deck this? Of course "Legendary". She's on every ship!
She's like the top tier character in any competitive game you keep seeing over and over again. You've never played the game yet, but because this character keeps getting picked over and over and over again, you assume he/she is top tier, and you should.
I can't remember a fighting game or whatever else where I saw a character, card, or whatever used way too many times and they weren't:
A. Really strong.
B. Really REALLY strong.
C. Outright BROKEN.
Ok I've laughed enough ^_^, I get it, Pure Signa is designed to be the absolute limit of Cyber Signas other than *secret*, Pure Signa serving as a sort of "measuring stick of nonsense" that basically says "If a Cyber Signa or combination of Cyber Signas are able to consistently compete with this one, they are probably broken."
Don't even waste your time going back to read the card to look balance, because I'm telling you its not there.
Her Abilities having "Immune" means they are immune to everything else, making her Abilities unaffected by literally everything.
Her Abilities having "Denial" means that Responses are closed. No Responding, no Stacks, no nothing.
She was made "To Be Broken". She is literally the only Cyber Signa that uses the terms "Immune" or "Denial", as those are not terms I intended for Cyber Signa in general, I just had to make a broken first card (Cyber Signa).
Cyber Signas can be redesigned at my leisure though, so who knows, maybe Pure Signa will get a rebalancing some day.
Anyway, I've had my laughs. I needed that. Gotta laugh more people XD.
