I’m Shalynne Barr, a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and founder of Shalynne Barr Integrated Creations, LLC, Bright Start Coaching and Bright Start Studios— a space where healing, creativity, and purpose meet.

For much of my life, creativity was my refuge. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just seeking expression — I was seeking restoration. That realization now fuels my work: helping others find a gentle path back to themselves.

My Approach

My coaching blends trauma-informed principles with holistic well-being. I believe every person carries a natural rhythm — a way of being that feels safe, confident, and whole.

Together, we:

• Recognize the patterns that keep you feeling stuck

• Reconnect with your inner wisdom and sense of safety

• Rebuild trust with yourself so you can create, relate, and live from wholeness

I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in creating space — safe space to unfold. Healing isn’t linear or loud; it’s gentle, deeply human, and profoundly freeing.

The Work I Do

As I continue my trauma-informed coaching certification to sit for the board exam through the International Coaching Federation, my practice is expanding to support:

• Women navigating major life transitions or “second-act” seasons

• Individuals processing burnout, creative fatigue, or emotional overwhelm

• Anyone ready to explore how unhealed experiences shape their patterns — and to rewrite those stories with grace

Each conversation is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and remember that your worth has never been in question.

2. How to select the amount of coffee cups for your session??

Each completed transaction counts as one coaching session—not each individual cup of coffee.

So, for example, if you purchase 3 cups (or $15) in one transaction, that represents one coaching session.
