Sessions on the Green began as a quiet idea: to create soulful, cinematic music that people could live with — late at night, in reflective moments, or simply as a soundtrack to everyday life.
Over time the catalogue has grown into a large body of work with several musical voices and atmospheres, from the smoky late-night world of Isaac B. Cole to the Parisian reflections of Violette Valois. What started as a small independent project has gradually become something much bigger.
The audience has grown steadily too. Across streaming platforms and video channels, the music is now reaching millions of listeners each year — something that still surprises me.
Behind the scenes, much of the work now involves refining and expanding the catalogue: remastering earlier recordings, revisiting pieces that deserve a second life, and continuing to build a library of music that favours atmosphere, storytelling, and emotional depth.
