Welcome to Seattle Dogs Homeless Program

Seattle Dogs Homeless Program is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping homeless animals in Seattle with pet food, supplies, emergency vet care, spay & neuter, temp boarding/fostering & rescue. Seattle Dogs operates a street outreach program, meeting the need right where it is, by doing so we are keeping animals & their humans together vs ending up abandoned or in shelters, we are providing good food, treats, toys & more, emergency vet care thru our vets we encourage people to stop needless overbreeding and to help pets stay clear of diseases and illnesses that failure to spay and neuter can bring forth, our emergency vet care mandates we fix all pets needing our help and we also offer that alone for those seeking it, by offering spay & neuter we are making a difference in the lives of these animals, their owners and saving lives. We try to help as many people/pets as possible hoping that we have as many bellies as possible go to bed & wake up full, warm and dry.

We know what homelessness looks like, what it feels like, we were homeless with our own 4 dogs for over a year, this is us, our hearts, souls, struggles, determination & hope. With all-encompassing outreach support service that wrap around animals and the humans that love them. We are feet on the streets, eyes open, streetwise, with an unwavering commitment to help others.

Seattle Dogs is also a foster-based dog rescue, ensuring there is a safety net if a person cannot keep their dog, we provide full vet care and once emotionally ready we place for adoption. We literally started with a bag of dog food, riding the city buses looking for someone in need. With true grit and some hope in achieving my dream, we set out to make a difference, today we are doing more than we ever dreamed possible with the support of donors like you, people that simply care about dogs {cats, bunny's, ferrets too} but my days of dreaming are not over yet, I will tell you more about me, Seattle Dogs, our amazing support system of outreach volunteers, what it's like to truly be living while you are dying and hoping that time is on my side to finish my path, oh I can't wait to share with you as the days go by but in the meantime, paws up to our new fundraising endeavor @ buymecoffee we look forward to learning about you and your animals too!
