April 22, 2038 - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania The justice system had seen a brutal collapse like nothing else it had experienced previously, in no small part thanks to the downright reprehensible amongst the city's population escaping their sentences unscathed.
A group of would-have-been heirs to the Vengeful One, before he had been frozen in time during his great battle of 2022, were amongst many men and women the court had wrongfully sentenced, for one particular heist which had seen Vorzac Vermin's successor play his devious game of 'hide and seek'.
