Love yourself enough to know when to allow yourself space to not be ok.

Everyday you will not be a social butterfly, nor will you be that go to person for advice, some days you will not feel glass half full type of way....and that is ok. Maintaining your mental health means understanding when you need some mental TLC and taking the time out for it.

It could look like some much needed alone time or maybe you need to phone a friend. What ever it looks like just know that it's ok to not be ok and acknowledging and addressing it not a sign of weakness💖.
